CHDA launches ESA50 Support Team

Centre for Health and Disability Assessments has launched a new telephone support line to provide assistance to customers completing their capability for work questionnaire, also known as the ESA50 form.

Our dedicated team of specially trained advisors will be able to guide you through the form filling process, answer questions and recommend what kind of evidence to send in and bring to your assessment.

Commenting on the launch, Rob Winter, Service Improvement Director, said: “We are very pleased to have launched this new support service, with a team who will provide advice to every claimant with questions about their ESA50 form. Completing the ESA50 is a really important part of the assessment process, as it ensures that our staff have access to the most up to date and relevant information for every case.  We are confident the new service will improve both the customer experience and the accuracy of information submitted on the ESA50 form”.
