As part of our continued commitment to provide the best possible service we can, we have produced three informative videos to assist customers with the assessment process.

The first video, Before, During & After Your Assessment, explains your journey from receiving your capability for work questionnaire (ESA50 form) to having a face-to-face assessment and then explaining what happens afterwards.

 

The second video, What to Expect at Your Health Assessment, provides detailed information on what you should expect on the day of your assessment.

 

 

The third video, Special Requirements for Your Assessment, answers a number of frequently asked questions about support you may need on the day of your assessment and explains what you should do if your have special requirements.
