Rail

Coventry train station is a 10 minute walk from the Assessment Centre. From the train station leave by the main exit / entrance. Turn right out of Station Square along Park Road. Turn left into Manor Road. Cross bridge over the ring road into Friars Road. Cofa Court is situated to the right hand side next to the NCP car park.

Car

From the M6 take the A444 to Coventry and follow the signs to the city centre. This will take you to Coventry Ring Road. Leave at Junction 5 on the ring road. Follow the road into the city centre and bear first left.

If approaching from Junction 6 stay left then take the first left, sign posted for city centre, into New Union Street. Go through one set of traffic lights then turn left into Friars Manor Road. Take the next left. If approaching from Junction 4 take the 4th exit into city centre. There is an NCP car park next to Cofa Court, which should be used as parking for the Assessment Centre.

Bus

Leave Pool Meadow Bus Station by the main exit, cross the road to Sainsbury's and catch the number 21 bus to Little Park Street Police Station. Cross the road to the multi storey car park on the corner of New Union Street & Friars Road. Walk down Friars Road and take the 1st left. Cofa Court is on the right hand side opposite the entrance to the car park.

Notes from this Centre

Please note that the Assessment Centre is located in the same building as the Jobcentre Plus, however it does have a separate entrance.

Please also note that this Assessment Centre is located on the 1st floor. The Assessment Centre can be accessed by lift but if an emergency evacuation of the building is required such as a fire alarm, the lift cannot be used. There are 27 steps to the ground floor. If you think that you would have difficulty going down the stairs in the event of an emergency or would need assistance from another person, please ring the Appointments Helpdesk number on your appointment letter at least two days before your appointment date so we can ensure that we provide support for you on the day.
