Directions
Rail
There is no rail station within walking distance of the Assessment Centre.
Car
From the east – Take the A470 towards Brecon, and turn right onto the B4602. Keep travelling down this road and you will see the hospital on your right.
From the north – Take the B4520 into Brecon, and turn left onto Mount Street. Follow this road round to the right onto Alexandra Road, then turn left onto Cerrigcochion Road. The hospital is on your right.
From the south west – Follow the B4601 into Brecon, and turn left onto the B4602. Follow this road, and the hospital will be on your right.
Parking – There is free parking in the hospital grounds, although this does get busy. There is alternative parking further up Cerrigcochion Road, however this is a steep road to walk up.
Bus
From the bus station, turn right out of Heol Gouesnou and walk up Free Street / Cerrigcochion Road, take a right at the Memorial Hospital.
Notes from this Centre
The Assessment Centre is situated in the Cardiac Department.
The assessment rooms are on the ground floor.
Ask at reception which rooms are being used that day.
