Mansfield (Chesterfield Road)

Train

The Assessment centre is 0.8 miles from Mansfield Train station (approx. 16 minutes’ walk). Leave the station via the main exit, turn right onto Rosemary St, pass the bus station and the Courts, then turn left at the junction with Chesterfield Rd – the Civic Centre is on your left-hand side.

Car

Travelling from the Sutton Area: take the A38 towards Mansfield town centre. At the Junction with Rosemary St, turn left. Continue to follow the road. There is public parking behind the Civic Centre, sign-posted as a left turn just before the Chesterfield Rd junction (opposite Tesco). To access front of the building, go past the car park turn and turn left at the junction with Chesterfield Rd. The Civic Centre is on your left.

Travelling from Forest Town / Woodhouse area: from Mansfield Rd, turn right onto Woodhouse Road (A60). Take the third right turn and follow Haddon Road as it bends left and becomes W. Bank Ave. At the next junction, turn right onto Chesterfield Rd South. Take the immediate left, followed by the first right into the public car park.

Bus

From the bus stop by the Fire Station on Rosemary St, walk towards Chesterfield Rd South – you will find Tesco on the corner to your right. At the lighted junction, turn left – there are signs for the Civic Centre on the roadside.

Alternatively, from bus stops by Tesco on Chesterfield Road South, proceed down the road with the Tesco superstore on your left. The Civic Centre is also on the left-hand side, a little further on.
